• Aid stations will be strategically placed along the course to provide runners with the supplies they need most. The supplies may vary depending on the humidity and weather conditions, as the we want to ensure that runners have access to the appropriate hydration and nutrition to help them perform their best.

• Cut-off times for a race are designed to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while also providing a challenging and enjoyable experience for everyone. This upcoming edition with a better understanding of the course and the pace at which runners are able to complete it. The cut-off times will be decided based on a wide range of factors, including the skill levels of the runners, the difficulty of the course, and the weather conditions.

• We understand the importance of post-race meals and will work hard to ensure that we have a variety of options available for runners after they finish the race. We will take into consideration the dietary needs and preferences of our participants. We will also strive to provide a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats, to help runners recover and replenish after the race. We will work hard to make sure that our post-race meal options are satisfying and enjoyable for all of our runners.

• We are committed to making the bib delivery process as smooth and stress-free as possible. One of the things we are focusing on is streamlining the check-in process to make it faster and more efficient. We are also working on providing more information and support to runners beforehand so they know what to expect and can prepare accordingly, as well as looking into providing more options for bib pickup, such as multiple locations or time slots for runners to choose from.

• We understand the importance of having convenient restroom locations for our participants. We are currently working on improving the availability and accessibility of restrooms for our runners, both before, during and after the race. We are making sure that the restroom locations are well-marked and easily accessible for runners, especially for the start and finish areas. Our goal is to ensure that all runners have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during the race, and having convenient restroom locations is a key part of that.

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants is of the utmost importance to us. We are currently working on improving the medical assistance available at our aid stations, as well as the overall medical service during the race. This includes increasing the number of medical personnel on hand, providing additional equipment and supplies, and ensuring that they are well-trained to handle any medical issues that may arise during the race.

• We are currently working on improving the repatriation process to make it as smooth and efficient as possible for runners who decide or have to leave the race. This includes having clear protocols in place to handle these situations, providing clear instructions and support to runners and their families, and coordinating with local emergency services as needed. We want to make sure that runners who have to leave the race feel well-cared for, and that their safety and well-being are our top priority.
