Hikuri or Peyote, known as "the wise man", is considered to be a teacher in the Wixárika culture. On this journey you will be able to discover the Mexican land and spirit at its purest. Explore the wide variety of landscapes and terrain. The course runs through the largest mountain range in Mexico, The Sierra Madre Occidental and descends into the Cuale River and crosses the jungle to Puerto Vallarta.

This race was unlike any other and I’m so happy I got to be a part of it. Thanks for an incredible event. I’m leaving Mexico feeling so much love for this sport and community.

It’s good to win a race ,but more importantly, I prefer to choose a race that does have the local culture but the unique atmosphere. Yes, I experienced all in Puerto Vallarta.
