You will get a training plan designed specifically for you in relation to your athletic profile, your performance capacity, training history, environment in which you train, environment in which you will compete and training preferences, to help you achieve your goals efficiently and exceed your limits.

This exclusive plan is guided by Frank Endurance one of the most prominent trainers in endurance sports, using RunDot, the #1 app worldwide, recognized for its effectiveness and precision in training monitoring. His experience and dedication have helped numerous amateur and professional athletes improve their performance and achieve their goals. This collaboration promises to take your performance to the next level, giving you the tools and support necessary to excel in the most competitive trail running race in the country.

Initial questionnaire

Upon entering your history data, a detailed analysis of your current fitness level and personal goals is performed. ⁠⁠The system will create a personalized plan, based on the rhythms and FTP entered, automatically creating intensity zones and training rhythms.

Personalized and optimized plan

Designed specifically for you, taking into account your objectives, race characteristics, environment in which you train and in which you will compete.

Continuous monitoring

Through the app, you will receive constant updates and automatic adjustments to your plan to ensure that you are always executing the training you need.
